It all started when…

With her family that raised her on music like bread & butter since she was in her mother’s womb, the musical training started since her inception, throughout pregnancy and continued even more vividly after birth. Every day at the house all sorts of genres/sounds were echoing and she grew up with this custom being the status quo. Unkowningly cultivating a very intimate, intuitive, higher understanding, sisterhood with music.

Theoretically speaking, she was brought into piano class from the age of 5 after she had expressed intense desire to play the violin around 3-4 years young. Classically trained since those days till she reached a high level just before the ambivalent teenage/young adulthood years kicked in. After y.a. came in, she was travelling even more than she already did a lot for her young life, and so having never being long enough in one place to have access to daily piano practise she lost touch with the attained skill. However still played for the joy of it, improvising whenever she could play. In the teenage times she picked up other instruments as well, percussion in particular having participated in African music drum class and playing with the musician-teacher who had his own afro-jazz band. Many of her friends having been musicians themselves she always found herself in musician circles, playing music’ out of the box, particiapting in many a jams and collaborations, either playing or managing artists & projects. Having acted as an agent, muse, dj and producer all too naturally, inspiring many others to push the bounds of their own creativity and experiment in collaboration.

In her private time with music she always played rather ethereal, melancholic melodies on her life love’ the piano and has recordings off of these musings from throughout her life, aside from her spoken word.
She never considered music as a profession as it always felt a more sacred trans-personal experience and so didn’t endeavour to put out any finished product of her many & unorthodox music playing moments and so claim herself as a professional musician.

Timidly now sharing bits and pieces online, ie Soundcloud and in the future in more plaftorms, simply to put out these raw recordings that have piled up over the years without the aim to marketlize or popularize her music making or taste making as she functions behind the scenes as a curator/coach in it as well for many an artists & simply to support the culture & community within music & any spoken/audio higher mind endeavors. These minimal, transcedental musings of her are closely interrelated to her stoic life-long practise and so you may hear her discourse or spoken word online with/through it all at some point.
